Dr. Sam Falana sensed the call of God on his life since the age of 18. While in college, he travelled to Italy for education. While there, God opened the door to go to Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where he met his wife Heather. 

Dr. Falana graduated from Rhema in 2002 then Rhema School of Worship in 2003. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011. He was involved in campus ministry at University of Oklahoma (President of Christian Pharmacists and Fellowship International Tulsa) and has travelled through several countries in Europe singing and preaching the Gospel. 

Pastor Sam's wife, Heather, is also a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. Together, they have three lovely children: Ryan, Olivia and Toby. They have a heart for God and His ministry and are seasoned teachers of the Word of God. 

After serving for nearly 10 years at World Outreach Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Pastor Sam and Heather sensed the call of God to pioneer a church in Washington state and in 2016 answered that call. In 2011, while finishing his education at the University of Oklahoma, Pastor Sam knew that God was pointing him towards the next phase of life, saying "Start a church in Washington and teach my people faith." This became their new God given-goal. Over the next few years, God confirmed this very word and Pastor Sam and Heather started making plans to move their family and careers to the West Coast.
